By downloading or using the Bexa application ("Bexa"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Bexa.
2. Service Description
Bexa provides a range of multimedia tools including free image cropping, video start and end clipping and compression, unified gradient themes, and particle effects. Bexa is designed with simplicity, smoothness, and efficiency in mind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities and Conduct
Users must be at least 18 years old to access and use Bexa. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, abuse, harassment, and the distribution of malware or any other unlawful or prohibited content. Users must ensure that their accounts are secure and are accountable for all activities that occur under their account. Breaches of these rules may result in the termination of the user's access to Bexa.
4. Intellectual Property
Bexa and its content are the exclusive property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app. You may not copy, modify, nor reverse engineer Bexa.
5. Disclaimer
Bexa is provided "as is" with no warranties, express or implied. The developer does not warrant that Bexa is free from errors or meets all the needs of the user. Use of the app is at the user's own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the app, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption or any other pecuniary loss, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Account Termination
The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Bexa at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. Users may discontinue their use of the app at any time without prior notice.
8. Terms Modification
The developer reserves the right to modify or update the Terms at any time. Your continued use of Bexa after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of the app or these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United States, without resort to class action proceedings.
